I'm surprised when we got close to $300,000 for an ordinary house in a short amount of time She wasn't afraid to say what things needed upgrading. By the end, the inspectors found nothing to recommend for an upgrade.

As a novice home buyer/seller she has been great to guide me through this intricate real estate maze. She is very patient and kind and I can recommend her wholeheartedly.

She acted very quickly to help secure a contract with the builder. She was persistent with obtaining information concerning delays because of building materials and labor shortages the builder incurred. She frequently reached out to me during the nine month process and was always available for questions and provided outstanding feedback. She was present for all meetings during the builder's process and helped to make tough decisions. Her positive attitude allowed everyone involved in the process conduct themselves in a professional manner. Highly recommend, good sales skills, did very good job on the pictures and description of the house, she even made a video of the house.

She recommended that we paint the inside and clean up some of the light switches and plugs. This made all the difference in the world. Also the professional photos on the internet were very impressive. I went through another realtor prior to going with Cathy at Long Realty. They had the listing for 90 days and were unable to execute. Cathy had the property in escrow within a very short period of time. She also stayed on top of the process so that we closed on time.
